Customers can book directly with you as the owner of a cottage or apartment. You create codes with different validity periods on your mobile phone, which are sent to the guest via text message or email. You can also connect this to a booking system, which in turn reaches the major booking channels such as Airbnb, Hotels.com, Booking.com, Expedia, and others.

Before arrival, the customer receives a “dynamic code card” in a smart Web App (no download required) via text message and email. Codes are valid only during the rental period. At the same time, an app for Bluetooth, key fob (NFC), or regular key can be used by owners, cleaning staff, and tradespeople, for example.

Our locks work completely offline – no WiFi, SIM cards, or power cables. Our unique mTAC technology (Mobile Temporary Access Code) makes this possible. The locks are robust and can withstand the Nordic climate, and have been carefully selected to meet these requirements. See also ”Products”.

We collaborate with Dormakaba, the third largest lock supplier in the world. All locks are mounted on various standard lock cases, and we have lock types that meet international standards.

Please note that our cloud service for access codes, Telkey Manager, in combination with our qualified locks, offers extremely high security thanks to mTAC technology – compared to connected locks.
